What this prompt does

This prompt assumes your AI assistant has access to your emails, calendars and chat messages (for example, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini). The prompt will:

  • review your emails and Teams chat and channel messages from the last workday
  • summarise your actions for the day
  • present the information in a table with five columns

Before you start

You can adjust the prompt by:

  • changing or adding new columns of the table (for example, due date or requestor)
  • change the information it’s reviewing (for example, add meeting notes or recordings)
  • asking it to sort the table by priority
