What this prompt does

This prompt assumes your AI assistant has access to your emails, calendars and chat messages (for example, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini). The prompt will:

  • review your leadership style
  • review your sent emails, documents, meetings, and chats from the last year
  • make a document detailing your leadership strengths and areas for improvement
  • make two tables and three measurable development goals (OKRs)

Before you start

You can adjust the prompt by:
